                    BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE WISEWARE ORACLE TOOL SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA"), UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Software License & Subscription Tiers

WiseWare grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Oracle Tool based on your subscription level:

2. Your Responsibilities

Account Security

Maintain strong, unique passwords
Enable multi-factor authentication when available
Protect your account from unauthorized access
Report security incidents immediately

Acceptable Use

Use the software for legitimate business purposes
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Respect usage limits for your subscription tier
Do not share account credentials
Do not attempt to reverse engineer the software

3. Data Protection & Privacy

Your data security is our priority:

AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive data at rest
TLS encryption for all data transmission
Multi-factor authentication for administrative access
Comprehensive audit logging with long-term retention
Regular security assessments and monitoring

4. AI Services Integration

The software integrates with third-party AI services (OpenAI) through secure proxy systems:

AI features are subject to usage limits based on your subscription
AI-generated results should be reviewed before implementation
Usage is governed by both this EULA and third-party AI service terms

5. Limitations & Disclaimers

                    THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WiseWare disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
                

Maximum Liability: WiseWare's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software in the 12 months preceding any claim.

6. Termination

This agreement continues until terminated. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription. WiseWare may terminate for violations of this EULA. Upon termination:

Your right to use the software ends immediately
You may export your data for 30 days
WiseWare may delete your account after the export period

                    WiseWare Oracle Tool - Professional Software Licensing

                    This agreement governs the licensing relationship between WiseWare Technologies and business customers.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, WiseWare Technologies hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for Licensee's internal business purposes.

2. Subscription Models

The Software is provided under the following enterprise subscription models:

Professional Tier Features

Advanced database analytics and reporting
Custom integration capabilities
Priority email support (24-hour response)
1,000 AI-powered queries per month
Advanced security features

Enterprise Tier Features

Complete feature suite with unlimited queries
Dedicated support channels with phone access
Custom deployment options
Advanced security and compliance features
Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

3. Intellectual Property Rights

WiseWare Ownership

WiseWare Technologies retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This License does not transfer ownership of the Software to Licensee.

Licensee Data Rights

Licensee retains all rights to:

Database schemas and structures
Query results and generated reports
Business data processed through the Software
Custom configurations and settings

4. Security & Data Protection

The Software implements enterprise-grade security controls:

Feature updates based on subscription level
Beta access for higher-tier subscribers
Technical documentation and training materials

7. Compliance & Export Controls

Licensee acknowledges that the Software may be subject to export control laws and regulations. Licensee agrees to comply with all applicable export control laws and represents that:

Use of the Software complies with all applicable laws
Licensee has authority to enter into this Agreement
Use will not violate any other agreements

8. Limitation of Liability

                    WISEWARE TECHNOLOGIES' TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY LICENSEE FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
